He gave a presentation on the project overview, objectives, activities, and timelines of the project which has 3 years duration from 2022-2025.
Suggestions
After the presentation, the main comments and concerns that came up are as follows:
- The project aims at identifying the gaps in the curriculum and industries, these gaps will help us teach students who will come out with creative skills to produce products and services other than paper-based outcomes. This will also help us change our mindset on some narratives to help students learn more effectively. This is geared toward student-oriented projects.
- In as much as this project will not purchase equipment, it aims to help students get easy access to companies for all educational purposes.
- The capacity of the course facilitators will be built in the process of service delivery since the ideas from students through student-centered lectures will be appreciated. This will help enrich students understanding.
- Sustainability of this project after it elapses should be highly prioritized to ensure continuity.
